Whether one seeks godhood or not, each wolf that finds themself upon this land feels the stirrings of power within them.

Powers are the main driving force of the roleplay. They typically are individual words capable of covering a broad range. Examples include words like Fire, Earth, Energy, and Darkness. All wolves receive a free power upon acceptance into the roleplay and can claim it Here. Once a character has received a power, members may create a thread to meet one of the Guides: forgotten gods who will assist in the kindling of this new power and ultimately lead them down the path to godhood, should they seek it. Evolution points are used for the purchase of further powers (up to a maximum of three) as well as mutations. Points can only be acquired through certain actions (such as completing Guide quests) and by participating in events. While a wolf may hold dominion over several different powers, certain powers may produce combination powers - an example is Energy, Wind, and Water producing Storm.

To help make each wolf's power truly individual, we employ the use of keywords to help narrow down the focus of these broad domains.

Keywords exist to augment a wolf's power, providing scope and focus. Keywords can be purchased using site cash ($). A maximum of five (5) keywords can be attached to each power. This allows up to a total of fifteen (15) keywords divided between three (3) powers. Compared to evo points, site currency is easily earned through posting and creating threads in-character.

Keywords are available in the cash shop in groups of ten (10) at a time. Available keywords change weekly and are randomly selected from a pool of fifty (50), further encouraging the diversification of powers.

But what are keywords and what do they do? Keywords, preceded by a hashtag (#), act as modifiers to the main power. Using the power of Dream as an example, a keyword of #travel would perhaps enable a wolf the ability to travel through the usage of dreams or would allow that wolf to travel across the realm while dreaming.

Keywords do not have a set descriptor attached to them, and are instead tailored to the individual wolf by staff members when purchased. This further helps differentiate between powers that share the same domain and allows for more popular powers to be chosen over and over without everyone having the same abilities.
