IMPERIA DELACROIX. Actions. "Speach." 'Thoughts' Some time had passed since the young girl’s arrival in this strange, new land… and she liked to think she was starting to get used to it. With the assured guidance of Oberon safely tucked in the back of her mind and hundreds of miles of a whole new realm to explore, she had no issue setting sail for adventure and allowing herself to go wherever her paws took her, opting to leave her issues behind and focus on the new life here among the divine.
Totally wasn’t using her godhood quest as an excuse to bottle her grief and guilt over her father’s death. Nope. Not at all.
As it would turn out, this world was not eternally shrouded in darkness, just the Black Forest, and this was something the fiery girl was pleasantly made aware of when venturing beyond the forest’s borders and stepping into a new, much sparser wood carpeted in pretty little white flowers, slants of golden sun rays easily peeking in through the foliage above. Her eyes lit up at the sight, finding this new area to be much lovelier than the forest she’d emerged from, and maybe even an omen that everything was going to be okay here…
After taking her sweet time in trotting around and sniffing at every blade of grass for signs of life and/or danger (the former obviously being preferred to the latter), she had decided this would be a fine place to settle in for the night, being so peaceful and the grass feeling so plush beneath her paws.
Come the next morning, she awoke calmly and blissfully, peeking one peach colored eye open at a time, then unfurling herself from her bed of flattened grass and peeling her jaws apart in a sleepy yawn. Yep. Great place to sleep. She awoke unscathed, and with no clear signs of any unsavory characters having tried to sneak up on her in the night. Great way to start the day.
Then, rising to her paws and stepping forward… the fiery youth was surprised to find an extra… bounce in her step, one she was pretty sure hadn’t been intentional. After freezing and intensely staring down at her clearly possessed feet for a moment, she tried again, taking a few more steps forward… and earned the same result, each step feeling more like a leap.
What was more, it was a slow leap, her body gracefully rising into the air and gently floating back down as if she weigh no more than a feather. The girl was forced to stop and firmly dig her toes into the ground, heart hammering at this new discovery and mind swirling with confusion.
Was this… normal for this realm…?

[attr="class","Content"] [attr="class","ContentStyle"] Damia woke up. And she was Not happy. She couldnt remember what happened the previous day. Jack, her adopted brother, was no where to be seen. And she was tired. And frustrated. The worse part? Her beutiful body had been replaced! She would have been ok with a scar or being dirty. But ooh no, she was a fricking prey animal! Her lovely fluffy pelt was gone. Replaced by a shorter, stranger texture. It was disgusting. She started to learn to walk. It was difficult in her new form. But some hours later, she could basically walk. But she hated the way it felt. The way she looked. She wanted to snarl but a strange sound came out instead. As she vocal cords were changed in a way. She couldnt even howl! It was shameful.
But she had a rep to uphold. She walked with as much grace as she could. Her head feeling top heavy. At least she was larger and had the antlers. They would come in handy should she try to take anyone. Not that she was planning on it till she got used to this body. Not that she wanted to get used to it. She wanted her elegant wolf form back.
Honestly she wasnt to concerned of where she was. She just wanted Jack to be there too. She didnt kill her leaders for nothing. Well it was fun to do it, to get rid of those arrogant jerks who controlled her. She controlled, no one controlled her. She was free. And in charge. No on told her what to do! And any that dared try would meet a painful death at her teeth.
Speaking of others. As she walked, she saw a rather pretty looking female wolf. Desire burned through her. It could be her first pet. But in this form. Not even a day in using it. She couldnt take her yet. At least, not phycially. But she could maybe play a game for some time. She watched from a distance and was shocked to see the wolf leap. And look confused. Curiosity drove her to approach. The desire to acquire such a unique pet. "Hello darling" @tag | credit here | notes here |

IMPERIA DELACROIX. Actions. "Speach." 'Thoughts' After the first graceful leap, Imperia took to standing stock still, body rigid and refusing to move so much as an inch... waiting. Waiting to see what would happen next... if anything. Her fiery gaze was downcast, glued to her paws and the grass they faintly sunk into, as if in search of a cause or explanation for this strangeness. Was it the ground, the world? Or had something... happened to her overnight? She furrowed her brow and sucked her lip in concentration, continuing to observe her feet. She didn't think it could be the world, as this hadn't happened in the Black Forest... but maybe it was a side effect of staying for an extended period of time? Or maybe it was just this area in particular? One paw was lifted, then the other, back and forth, the girl flicking her "wrists" so as to move the joints, wiggling her toes, and patting the ground. Nothing felt different. Nothing looked different. And yet...
Another bound forward that sent her lightly floating into the air.
Something was different.
'Huh,' was all the girl could think once her paws softly alighted back onto the plush, snowbell-laden grass. Odd, and she didn't know if she was okay with it... but nothing appeared to be hurting her or otherwise causing any trouble, so... suppose she'd just roll with it? She briefly debated contacting Oberon so he could explain the phenomenon, but quickly thought against that notion, not wanting to potentially pull her guide away from one of his other charges over something so trivial.
"Hello darling."
Back to the newcomer and thoughts distractedly elsewhere, Imperia practically jumped out of her skin when she heard another's voice smoothly purr behind her, causing the girl to rapidly spin on her heels (floating up just a little as she did so) and pin the stranger with a wide, fiery stare that screamed "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!"
However, despite the defensive flame that had immediately flared in her heart, readying to raise her hackles, bare her fangs, and take on whatever body language necessary to appear fully capable of defending herself... the spark was snuffed out at once, replaced by dumbstruck confusion at the sight of, not a wolf, but... an... elk?
She blinked, body now awkwardly stuck between being tensed and ready to fight and completely relaxed due to lack of threat, resulting in someone who looked very much like a deer caught in the headlights: alarmed by what it was witnessing, but not really sure what to make of it. Her form was stiff and her tail instinctively arched into the air, but her face was void of any recognition or understanding. After pausing for a few stare-filled seconds, she furrowed her brow in confusion once again and leaned from left to right, squinting her gaze past the large creature in search of whatever had been talking to her, because surely it wasn't... this... thing... right? Elk didn't speak, right?
Although... this was a different realm, she had to remind herself, slowly bringing her apprehensive eyes back to the antlered creature before her, and Oberon did say creatures of all kinds were drawn to here...
Still wildly unsure but with no evidence to suggest anyone else was in the general area, she took a shot in the dark. "He-e-e-ello...?" She cautiously inquired, dragging out the "eh" sound to further emphasize her uncertainty.

Damia watched in glee as the female seemed to have some sort of power. It was neat. She wanted it. Wanted her. But oh she had to behave herself for now. She couldnt take her just yet. Not in this ugly body of hers. But she smiled at the stuttering she did. Oh what a lovely girl. Not sure if she should attack or be nice to her. It was sweet. But she had to wait. Her urges not yet allowed to take control. But she smiled anyways and stepped closer to the wolf. Completely unafraid. Whats the matter Darling? Caribou got your tongue? she asked, voice as smooth as silk. Oh how much fun she could have.
Though she hated this body. She was so ugly right now in this form. How was she supposed to get others to love her and be her pretties if she looked so so... gross? It straight up made her mad to her core that she was left so ugly. She couldnt even fight well right now. She couldnt get her pretties. She wanted them so bad. It burned so deep in her veins. So so deep. It wasnt her fault she was like this. It was her so called parents. They made her into this. Not that she realized what she was doing was considered wrong to most. She assumed she was better then all and they only could be her toys.
